DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Dispatched Time: All orders will be shipped out after 1-2 days prior to purchase. Products are shipped out directly from Canada.

Please Note:  Sunny Strings are not accountable for shipping delays. Shipping times are estimated based on Canada Post calculations.

Sunny Strings is not responsible for any duty taxes on orders crossing boarders. Customers are fully responsible for paying duties and/or taxes imposed. If an order is detained by customs, Sunny Strings will be not responsible for any items held. We advise customers to contact the customs office to enquire about holds or any taxes imposed.

What happens if you are not satisfied with your order? We have a 14 day return policy if you are not happy with your order. You can either exchange your current order for a different design or receive a full refund once the product is returned.

 

PLEASE NOTE of the following requirements:

• 14 day return policy
• Products must be unworn and in good condition
• Products must be sent back in original packing
• Sunny Strings has the right to decline a refund when there is clear signs of worn, used and/or damaged
• Order number must be written clearly on a return envelope
• Money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the product
